TERRORISM, A REAL THREAT

Oft times, those of us who continue to believe in the very real threat of continued terrorism within the boundaries of the United States are looked upon as "kooks" and/or conspiracy fanatics. Personally, I don't care what others think of me because of my beliefs about the on-going potential for terrorist mayhem here in this Country. I also don't care about what some think of me because of my beliefs that our government is perhaps asleep at the wheel as regards the potential for future attacks. And I am particularly disturbed by the lack of the "Sheeple" who seemingly don't want to wake up to this very real threat to our sovreignity. Make your own choices about what you wish to believe or ignore.

What's up with Dubai?

3/12/10: While on the grand scale of things it may seem a bit small, and perhaps even unimportant, but Dubai has publicly ordered all spies out of the country in a week, according to THIS ARTICLE. Ok, granted I have a suspicious and often paranoid strain of something operating within my cranium...but when I read the article I just couldn't help but ask myself the question.."What's up in Dubai" and what may be going on in the region that we don't know about that may affect us?

A Gitmo deal with the Devil

3/11/10: In yet another fine example of not being in touch with reality, that wonderful crowd of Leftists from the Putrid Province on the Potomac has, according to THIS ARTICLE, indicated that Owe-bama is willing to concede on his demand that the Gitmo terrorists be tried in civilian courts if Congress will allow the closing of Gitmo and fund the transfer of those prisoners to U.S. Prisons (most assuredly Thompson Prison in Illinois is on the very short list to be one of those facilities, if not THE facility). And, unfortunately, RINO Graham of S.C. has bought into the idea and supports it.

One has to wonder why, what's behind it?

3/9/10: Students (supposedly), mainly from near eastern countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates), here to get an education in our universities....or not. One has to wonder after reading (HERE) about a 46 year old California man who is apparently very gainfully self-employed as a professional student. Seems he charges major prices to sit in classes and then take the tests for these folks so they can stay in this country on their visas. In fact, business was so booming he had to enlist others to help. Apparently he couldn't be in multiple classrooms at the same time. This whole situation literally cries the questions....what were the foreigners doing instead of being in school (are they spies or potential terrorists, setting up cells), and why are not the universities being more vigilant in light of stricter screening set up after 9/11?

Terrorism's new attack: Econo-jihad

3/2/10: I, and I am sure many others, said it on 9/11/01 when the towers were hit. The goal of the terrorists is to overcome by crippling the economy of its enemies (and, we are one). What cost them 1/2 million to accomplish, cost us (then) 500 million. Good return on investment, considering that since then the cost to us has risen exponentially (via two on going wars that we won't win at a huge financial drain). With many of their pieces in place, most notably in DC, and a huge amount of patience (remember, their "wars" and infiltrations have been going on for centuries), they are paying strict attention to economic conditions here and around the world via the internet resources available to everyone, and developing their strategies. John Brennan, Owe-bama's National Security Deputy, foots his mouth again

2/25/10: In the ongoing saga of the Owe-bama love in with the enemy, another chapter evolves. This time it is John Brennan, Owe-bama's National Security Deputy, who has again put his foot in his mouth over coddling comments made about the radical Muslims and jihadists. It just helps to paint the picture as to where this administration really stands, as shown in THIS ARTICLE.

Justice Department discloses hiring of Gitmo sympathizing lawyers

2/24/10: What in the hell are they thinking at the Justice Department to hire lawyers who are working both sides of the fence? Where, oh where, has Attorney General Eric Holder's head gone? And, evidently, getting his fingers caught in the proverbial cookie jar has only made matters worse, because now he has so far refused to name names of the attorneys hired by the Justice Department who represented the interests of some of the terrorists held at Gitmo. Most assuredly, this is a continuing phase of the "new transparency" in the Putrid Province on the Potomac, as seen in THIS ARTICLE.

2 Tons of Ammonium Nitrate possibly missing in Canada

2/3/10: Two tons of ammonium nitrate (a potentially explosive fertilizer chemical) are missing. Two one ton bags, part of a 6,000 bag shipment from Utah to Alberta Canada were at first thought to be unaccounted for due to clerical error. This goes back a month ago.
